Following along the Integration Service Tutorial is confusing. I believe the tutorial is out of date. It says to create a process with the activity Use OneDrive & Sharepoint, but that activity doesn’t exist. See below:
It apparently exists in the Office 365 Classic version – but isn’t that deprecated?
So what are we supposed to be learning now? Is the new way the way to go? If so, why isn’t the tutorial up to date? It’s quite confusing for beginners.
How do we accomplish what the tutorial is saying in the new way? How exactly does the connector work and when in the process? Does it connect each and every time for each call to the API (each separate activity) – and then immediately disconnects? So, say, if you have a bunch of things to do in Microsoft 365, does it reconnect for each and every operation? Is that how it works? So, then, I assume each connection is counted against some limit at Microsoft, or Google or other 3rd party, for payment purposes?
Can someone explain?
