What to do when it is not creating a connection on a folder with accent on the name?

Issue Overview: Unable to setup a connection on a folder with accent on the name.

Diagnosing the Issue:

  1. If a user has a folder with accent on the folder name such as "atún" any words with accent, the Connections cannot be created
  2. Users will get a screen saying the integration is loading but this will run and never change
  3. The User will see a timeout error on the Integrations Service Tab and the connection will not be created


Resolution:

  1. Users will need to change the folder name and remove any accent from the folder name or special characters, wait a couple of minutes for this to replicate on the Servers
  2. Once the name is changed successfully, try to setup the connections again and this should work as normal
