Integration Service: Error - User is inactive

Dear all,

we have an UiPath App with an integration connector to Outlook 365. Some people have access to the App but some get the error message that they cannot connect to the connector.

Our IT department checked it from their side and the AAD gets a successful signal, while in UiPath the error message remains.

All our users are connected to UiPath Automation Cloud via Azure AD. Therefore, I ask myself where I can evaluate the user authorization.

One thing you can check is if all the user are having same kind of license in office 365?

Few licenses do not support office 365 …so give it a shot

And worth verifying the license on orchestrator for those users
