When I started running the agent, I got the following error Insufficient funds. I did check for the RU utilized for running Agent on serverless robot

This has been reported to product team by the an MVP, the response is awaited.
You can try checking if the issue is persisting on another account also.

Yes I did checked from other account as well same issue persists

HI! I have been testing it now that it’s live and i also have this issue with no funds. Anything we can check? I have AI units assigned to the tenant…

Agents use Agent Units, except for the context grounding in an agent, which for some reason uses AI Units.

You need to purchase Agent Units to run agents, they cost 12k for 60,000 Agent units on the flex plan, and each LLM call an agent makes uses 1 Agent unit.

Licensing: Ensure your license is either Community, Standard Trial, or higher. Some licenses only support creating and running agents within the Agent Builder. However, to deploy agents as processes and execute them, an appropriate license level is required. For detailed information, please refer to the UiPath licensing guide: Agents - Licensing.
(In my case I had basic trail license, so I had to upgarde to standard trial license)

Platform Units Allocation: Make sure to allocate Platform Units in Orchestrator by navigating to: Admin > Your Tenant > License > Edit Allocation.
Platform Units are necessary for AI-powered services, including agent execution, LLM calls, and more.

Process Configuration: While creating the agent process, ensure you configure:
The Integration Service connection and indexes for context (if applicable).
