Instance cache period property in Excel Application Scope

Can anyone help me how to resolve this issue.
My project was in community edition and recently the version got updated and there comes the issue with Excel application scope. Excel not even getting opened and none of the activity inside the scope works.

When i look into the property it has instance cache period. I believe this version of excel preventing from its actual excel functions.
I have tried to upgrade the package but still the same.

Try type into value→ InstanceCachePeriod = 3000
The default InstanceCachePeriod = 3000. FYI
