When you install a UiPath owned package on the ‘UiPath Studio with Community License’ you usually see a link next to License section (View License Information). This is a pdf titled as UiPath Master End User License Agreement. Are we required to sign this agreement when you install such a package (e.g. UiPath.AI.ComputerVision.Activities)? Are we required to pay a fee for it, even while using it in a community edition?

You no need to pay any money for it. Just you have to accept those terms and conditions only.
