Installed python but unable to open it

Installed python in local machine, but while trying to open it getting like this

Did you install it from the Python website only if not below is link to download Python 3.11

I am not using in a personnel laptop its a office purpose and company have 3.9.8 only, so i should work on it.

Yes in Windows.

You can click on Lancement de Jupyter Notebook option and you will launch the Jupyter Notebook environment, which will allow you to start coding and working with Python interactively.
