Installation problems - UIPath Studio

I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is when trying to install the UIPath Studio. I have downloaded the community edition version of the UIPath, but when I try to install the studio, I get a question around having trouble getting licensing from the Orchestrator. See screenshot below:

Hi,
Do you have the robot provisioned correctly in Orchestrator ?
Can you open the robot tray and see what the robot status is ?
