Can we oversubscribe the CPUs, for example, 4:1, or does it need to be 1:1?
I’m thinking about virtualizing on servers with Hyper V, and it’s important to know how many physical cores I need. For this reason, I need to know if I can oversubscribe.
I want to have 64 robots with 1 vCPU each on a 16-core server.
