Installation of a new version of UiPath - the process workspace is closed automatically

Hi,

I need your help with UiPath. I´m really desperate…

1. I uninstalled the older version of uipath.
2. Then I downloaded the installation (community version) from UiPath
3. I starterted installing a new version. I choose “Activate Community Edition”
4. Then I continued to create a blank process.
5. The process is created (the same when I open a saved process) and a I see this window (workspace), which is automatically closed after a few seconds. And that is the problem and the log in the previous message belongs to this windows. How can I prevent the window form closing?

It’s possible there’s bug, remember that you’re using a beta version.

Could you try downloading a stable version instead of the beta and give it a try?

Is it possible that something is blocking the Studio files from executing properly?

Could you try launching Studio as Administrator and whitelist it in any protection software you might have?

This is a CRUCIAL BUG of UiPath itself, not of any project/project dependencies.
- this bug appears with newly installed Uipath,
- internal dependency of UiPath called Uipath.CV could not be resolved as Emgu.CV.World package Version=3.4.1.2984 did not installed neither in “C:\ProgramData\UiPath\Packages” nor in other directory during installation of UiPath - THIS is CORE BUG (!)
- nobody can find Emgu.CV.World package Version=3.4.1.2984 to download as UiPath is build on private special edition of Emgu.CV(!), only 3.4.1.2979 is available or more later, and it prevents users to fix this bug by itself.
Please, fix this bug of UiPath as soon as possible!
And more - please move UiPath on latest publicly available release of Emgu.CV (check it on Github before release) !

Given that the previous thread is 20 days old, could you specify:

• your Studio version (the latest stable is 2019.10.1 and the latest beta is 2019.11.0-beta.2

It could help to clear the cache folders too in case Studio is trying to reference something that is no longer available.
