Install UiPath Platform on Windows Server

Hello everyone,
I’m trying to install UiPath Orchestrator, through UiPath Platform, on a Window Server which can’t access to internet.
When I click on the Install button under the UiPath Orchestrator choice there’s just an “Initializing” and nothing else.
All the requirements are matched, so It couldn’t be a pre-requirements problem.
