What’s the Swagger url of Insights in the cloud?

I have different swaggers for Orchestrator, Document Understanding and AI Center but haven’t found the one for Insights.

Insights itself uses API’s of Orchestrator, Document Understanding and AI Center and I don’t think it exposes any API’s.

Insights is not exposed with api. Also as it is visualization there is no api that can involve

if you are looking at the data coming in then orchestrator api should suffice

I’m asking the question because I’m looking for a way to get basic transaction data (id, finished timestamp and status) for a longer period.

To my understanding, this data is not saved in the orchestrator for long enough. But Insights cloud is creating a copy of this data in another tbl (and/or db) to generate the dashboards on. If that’s the case then I want access to that tbl.

  1. Are you not able to get this data via api…did you chrck?
  2. if not then first try to find the table…all the models are listed at the bottom of the swagger which might help you identify what you need…or which table is needed

This is not what I need. I want a multi-year overview of our achievements. Real-time data won’t help.

This would be the relevant API:

But the problem is that the db behind has a retention period of 30-180d.

agreed…so we might need to store the data as described in the last link

else if insights license is present then we can sue from insights

also if option 1 is not good or not workign that is where there is a specific data model provided …whcih can have the archived info details as well…

but if you need data after retention there are options for you to export

so realtime data is to amke sure you dont need to load data always…and for one time extract we can get to storage bucket and load it for once and then realtime data export takes care
