Insights Queue Dashboard - How to pull Transaction Volume Without Using Queues

How do I get transaction volume if the process was not developed using Queues. I basically have a process that logs into an application, download files, and places them on a network share using direct connect. The Insights Queue dashboard does not show any transaction value information and I am told I could ‘count’ using the Robot logs. I’ve tried and have not been successful. Any assistance is appreciated. I am BRAND new to UiPath and Insights.

Hey there, so Insights doesn’t get all the logs which is probably why you’re having this issue. We only get the last log event and error logs, you can learn more here. I’d suggest adding a log field at the end of the workflow that has the number of transactions. Don’t forget that you can’t use remove log fields after it!
