Insert function have an error

Hello community,

i want to transfer from my excel file to the mysql workbench. But if i transfer it, it crash with the error: Insert: ERROR [HY000] [MySQL][ODBC 8.0(a) Driver][mysqld-5.5.5-10.4.13-MariaDB]Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (bankkonto.berater, CONSTRAINT fk_berater_filiale1 FOREIGN KEY (filiale_FilialNr, filiale_bank_BLZ) REFERENCES filiale (FilialNr, bank_BLZ) ON DELETE SET NULL ON UPDATE SET NULL).
