Insert Chart Activity (Modern Folder)

I have an issue in using Excel for creating chart. Though I installed Microsoft excel 2010, it is still showing error that Excel 2010 or newer required. Please help me on the same. Attaching few screenshots for the reference

It seems the latest Excel.Activities package supports 2010 no longer, as the following document.
