Inquiry "For Each Email "

I’m trying to save attachments from mails in my mailbox to a specific folder using UiPath. If the sender information is in Korean, there is no problem, but if it is in English, it cannot be imported. I am currently using the Korean version of the product.

<김아무개 kim@AAA.com> ==> Can read mail
< kim@AAA.com>> ==> Unable to read mail

As shown in the figure below, if the sender information is in English, the mail cannot be read.

I think there is not any special setting in UiPath.

I’m new to UiPath, so please forgive me if the question is a bit unclear.

Can you send a screenshot of the activity/properties? I would like to see the filter you are using
