As per your screenshot the Error message says Invalid Credential please ensure that the credentials of the mail ID you are using to fetch the messages from are correct

That’s Because I guess Excel is not installed in your system
i have already installed but some this problems occurs
Is that the same when you check from your folder directory view.

Please check the properties of an .xlsx file and confirm that you’ve set it to open with Excel, like so.
