During Orchestrator upgrade if old version of Insight is in use, the below error is thrown " System.Exception: Migration failed: Incorrect syntax near '$.machineName'."
Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Incorrect syntax near ‘$.machineName’.

at Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection, Action`1 wrapCloseInAction)
Root Cause: Orchestrator 2021.10.x is not compatible with an old version of Insight.
Resolution:
- Disable the feature first to prevent the 21.10 migration from crashing the install.
- Once Orchestrator is upgraded the install the Looker Insights in order to have the feature enabled. Read more on Considerations When Uninstalling And Reinstalling Insights .
Note: New looker Insight installation will create a new DB. Refer the old dashboard to create formulas in new dashboards.
