Incorrect language recognition of Queue item after changing PRIORITY level

Hi Everyone,

would somebody have a workaround for following issue ?
After uploading items to queue in Orchestrator (using Cloud Enterprise trial ) all have NORMAL priority.
However after changing priority to HIGHT some details of queue transactions are not recognized properly ( details contain special signs in local language SLOVAK)

Somebody have an idea how we can fix this ?
