When i try to launch amazon website for data scraping in incognito mode, it says couldn’t communicate with the browser, i tried to add extension but it doesn’t show me the option to turn on and off, that part can’t be clicked.

Please follow below steps:

Open below URL:
chrome://extensions/ -
Select the UiPath extension from the list, click on details

below screen will open, enable “Allow in Incognito”. This will enable your extension for incognito mode as well. After this, close chrome and then open in incognito mode, you will be able to see enabled UiPath extension there.
once you click on manage extensions in chrome you would see the option..if it is disabled to turn on or toggle try to check with your IT admin as they would have policies in place to edit
