I am trying to automate the process of incident tickets assignment. New Inc comes randomly and get assinged to engineers as per their availability to next person in queue. And repetitive the process again.

I have list of 100+ inc which I have to search in IRIS and process, one by one. i was able to do the same for first INC in list
how can i add completed or OK in second row of excel.
