Inbound arguments are not showing in orchestrator

I am running on Orchestrator 2020.4.3 and Studio 2020.4.1

I have published my build to the orchestrator and the parameters are not showing.
The main file has 2 in direction arguments but not showing when published.

Has anyone run into this before and have a fix?

UPDATE:

Issue is being caused from CICD pipeline from Azure Devops, does anyone know why that may cause arguments to be dropped off?

Appears like the project.json is not being updated with the arguments which was updated for me when I used the Publish option inside Studio rather than DevOps. Not sure if there is a good solution yet, though.
