what i have to do for this problem ?
The message means that the Agent currently doesn’t have any Context Grounding index available to use.
You can try the following:
-
Go to Orchestrator → Tenant → Indexes.
-
Create a new Context Grounding index there. Index creation is supported in a shared folder.
-
Configure the data source (Storage Bucket or Connector) and complete the index creation.
-
Make sure the index has finished ingesting/syncing the data.
-
Go back to your Agent/Maestro and select Add context.
-
The newly created index should then be available in the list.
-
If it still doesn’t appear, refresh the page and verify that you have the required permissions and that you are working in the same tenant.
Also, the Indexes page shows the index status, data source, ingestion status, and last sync information, so I would check there first to confirm that the index was created successfully.
Hope this helps!
Hi Saiteja,
Your agent cannot use contextual knowledge because no Index has been created yet. Create an Index in Indexes, connect your data source, let it finish indexing, and then attach that Index as the agent’s context. This will remove the error and allow the agent to access your documents/data.
Thanks
I faced the same issue. After creating the Index, make sure it is published/available and refresh the Maestro page. If it still doesn’t appear under Add context, try refreshing the browser or reopening the Maestro project. Also, check that the Index is created in the same environment/project.
