In the "Dictionaries Video Demo 2" , unable to find "Add to Collection" Activity and "Remove from Collection" Activity

It was replaced by append item to collection activity

Can you please elaborate more about your issue as did you mean that both activities not appear in activity plan or what ? and if not appear on it please add screen for your project installed packages

It has been renamed u can use either
Append item to collection and if you are using list append item to list

I can see the remove from collection activity
