In test manager application settings Orchestrator folders not getting displayed to select

Seen application_config_prod.json file in test manager application pool. where all the orchestrator url and linked.

Results are fetched from Orchestrator for all test cases “known” by Test Manager and independent from the parent folder in Orchestrator.

None of the test cases are shown

Please make sure the correct test cases are linked. Best way to do this is, open them from Studio by issuing the “Open Test” from the Test Manager menu.
Next think I would check is that the user, which is used by Test Manager to access Orchestrator has the right permissions to access the test results on Orchestrator.
On the server, taking a look into the event logs might also help.
