In orchestrator configuration it is showing connected , but not in studio Robot why?

In connection why in the robot environment, it is showing disconnected ??

Hello @Swagasmini_Jena. Just to clarify the issue, the robot status in the orchestrator is showing “Connected”, but in the robot tray/icon it’s showing “Disconnected”?

If this is correct, I would recommend restarting you robot service and see if that would fix your issue.
