In dark theme the pop-ups like workflow arguments have inverse colors

just updated to 18.4. Love the dark theme. Much easier on the eyes. I noticed that pop-up windows like the workflow argument screen appears as white text on white background until you hover the mouse over it.

Similarly any drop down (send hotkey for example) are white text on white backgrounds.
