Implementing Subtotals

Hi Experts!

I want to implement subtotals into my automation to where it adds the Allocated Expense Amount (Column W) values according to the employee name and includes a bold/color code for each subtotal like something similar in the screenshot below (the screenshot has different numbers I just attached it to show you guys the format I want it in).
