IMAP get mails Authentication Issue

Hi Team,

I am using IMAP activity to read mails. But it is showing below error

"The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure."

I have checked few posts but not getting clearly what will be the issue.Could anyone please suggest here I am not using Orchestrator.

Can you let me know if you are trying to access the mails of gmail using IMAP?

I am using another mailbox not gmail its an IMAP configured.

Can you check if any firewalls or network configurations are blocking your access to the mail server @Snehamayi?

Could you please let me know do we need to do anything from UIpath or I need ask client to check what?

From my side only I m trying to get mails using IMAP.

Please anyone can quickly tell me is this issue from UIPath or any settings from client server.

Its licensed version of UIPATH working on client server. I am facing the issue "The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure ."

The client did the changes with the firewall settings but still getting the issue.

I’m not sure about the issue you have @Snehamayi, sorry for that and if you are able to get the mails without firewall issue manually, or in the machine, you will automatically get them through coding as well, But I’m not sure what you are missing . please post the issue error you have and the screenshot as well. Just to have a look at the issue or error :slight_smile:
