Im trying to save a file from a site in chrome , But when i try to save , automatically date and time stamp with miliseconds are getting appended with the file name , how to fix it

So are you letting bot save in downloads by default?

and picking from there?.. then you dont have control on file name

So if you change this setting on the vm as well then you can give any name you need
