I'm not receiving emails after registering using the UIPath Community Edition

I registered using this website: https://www.uipath.com.cn/,
I’m located in Shanghai, mainland China, and I applied for the community version.
I’ve tried using three email addresses: 163, QQ, and Gmall. Each time, the submission showed as successful and returned to this page: 感谢您下载UiPath社区版 – 机器人流程自动化 | UiPath.
However, I haven’t received any emails in any of these three email addresses. What could be the problem?

Check your spam folder once. Also check if there is any country specific restrictions.

  1. I have confirmed that my spam is empty. 2. Regarding regional restrictions, I am in China. Does UiPath restrict access to China? Are there any relevant policy documents or official responses on this matter?

I don’t see any specific documentation about it but here one user reported an issue
