I’m located in Shanghai, mainland China, and I applied for the community version.
I’ve tried using three email addresses: 163, QQ, and Gmall. Each time, the submission showed as successful and returned to this page: 感谢您下载UiPath社区版 – 机器人流程自动化 | UiPath.
However, I haven’t received any emails in any of these three email addresses. What could be the problem?
Check your spam folder once. Also check if there is any country specific restrictions.
- I have confirmed that my spam is empty. 2. Regarding regional restrictions, I am in China. Does UiPath restrict access to China? Are there any relevant policy documents or official responses on this matter?
I don’t see any specific documentation about it but here one user reported an issue
I have had the same problem. You can ask your IT admin and see if that email is getting blocked. Admins have audit trail feature to see which emails are getting blocked and the policy blocking them.
