If user input dialog text is match with input files text then do the sum of its value

i.e. if mothersumi is matched from below line
20,SURESH PRATAPBHAI CHUDASMA,AAAPC9791L,MOTHERSUMI,EQ,45,5857.53,0,0,0,0,45,5857.53,N,NSE

then do the sum of 45 with next 45 and replace the second 45 with sum value and replace first 45 with 00 value.
