If robot is not connect will that has effect in http request activity?

if robot is not connected with orchestrator,will that has effect in http request activity?

example scenario 1:
I am having http request activity, So there few urls works as its work manually…but few urls works manually but not working in HTtp request activity showing as unable to connect to remote server , why?
Example scenario 2:
When I open windows powershell and checks for URL working it works fine but when I use invoke powershell in uipath same urls showing as unable to connect to remote server, Why?

there is no need of connecting robot with orchestrtaor if u are doing Normal Http Request activity
[except Orchestrator API]

I think there may some issue with respect to the input paramters or headers which u are passing to the api call.

Please check that too

No other inuputs, Just gave endpoint URL and try to preview it is showing as unable to connect to the remote server…Why?
