IE Issue with Ui Path

Hi All,

I am running a macro in UiPath which opens IE and download some files.

When i run the process through front Office , the reporting cockpit fields are enabled(see image–> currently it is greyed out which is not the case with Front office.).

However when I run through Back office , the reporting fields get disabled.(like shown in image)

I am using UiPath 2018.

Please help.
