Hello!
I’ve been struggling for days trying to develop a flow in designer that will take an incoming SMS, look for ‘stop’ (in any capitalization). If it’s a longer text or not that word, then it get’s a message sent back to contact the office for help. If it does say ‘stop’ then I want it to update my google call sheet by matching the incoming SMS phone number to the number on my call sheet then updating the checkbox in that same row. Phone numbers are in col C and checkboxes are in col L. Data begins after header rows at row 3. Once done, the flow should send a message back to that same inbound number that they have been removed from our call list.
I can get this all to work except for the part where it updates the google sheet. I’m shooting up a flare here! Need some help. Has anyone done this before? Is there a recipe to follow anywhere? I’ve asked all the AI’s and YouTube. Nada.
