IBM session not found error while connecting in Terminal session

Dear Team,

I am new to this terminal activities,Here I am using Provider as IBM personal communications and Using a existing profile and connecting to .ws application, after connecting it is displaying a black screen and status as disconnected at bottom

Please suggest me a solution on this
