I want to share some Windows Credential Manager(Generic Credentials) to other domain users

Hello, I have an issue now. If you know the solution, please share me the way.

I added some credential information as generic credential of Windows Credential Manager.
Then I use Administrator right.

After that, I re-login with my domain user to same server and check Windows Credential Manager. However, there are not any credential information in generic credential fields.

I want to below:
*Add some credential information as generic value (User : Administrator)
*Those credential information will be showed in Windows Credential manager of RPA executor(User : each domain user).

I know if I use asset in Orchestrator then each different domain user can execute RPA with get credential information.
But currently I want to above way.
