This seems to be a Screen from a SAP application. Could you confirm it ?
Also, Do specify the requirements as to what is the input and what is the Output you would need to get in a clear manner so that we could understand what is the situation at hand.
Here, It seems that the Text Data in the Application is the input but we do not know what should be extracted from it (Not clear). If you could provide us this data (Copy Paste into a Text file) and also the extraction result from this input, we will be able to help you much faster and provide you a Suggestion/solution.
