I want to change my diploma name

The name does not appear on the diploma.
I have contacted the customer service several times, but it has not been resolved.
I need a diploma today.
How can I solve the problem today?

My email address is sylee@coreplus.co.kr
The name is SeungYeol Lee.
Diplomas from Levels 1 to 3 all have problems.
