Hi Team,

I want to activate community edition (trial version) on my machine which is behind firewall.

Below are the details:

Installer(.exe or .msi): exe

License type(Free, Trial/License code): Trial

Studio/Robot version:18.4.4

Current behavior:

I need subnet id and port number which needs to be opened for connecting.
Please let me know if any further information needed.

If whitelisting Studio is not an option as per our docs:

You might want to try the Offline activation instead :slight_smile:
