I keep getting this error : "Could not find a part of the path"

I am finishing up my Generating Yearly report Assignment (Assignment 2) and I ran into this error

Could not find a part of the path" ‘C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\Report-RO123456-2 (1).csv’. .

This is the error I keep getting, my files are all downloaded but it keeps saying it can not find its path for some reason. I realyyy need help on finishing Assignment 2

Have you tried checking it manually are you able to view the file
