I have two excels i want to get the missing part and update that into the one its missing

I have two excels i want to get the missing part and update that into the one its missing

for example in one excel i have lot of entry and in 2nd excel half of the entries are there now i want to update the second excel with all the missing entries how to do that

@supermanPunch yes however data changes on both excel its not fixed

@manoj2500 I guess there are duplicate records in the Sample 2 Excel File
