I have two excels i want to get the missing part and update that into the one its missing

for example in one excel i have lot of entry and in 2nd excel half of the entries are there now i want to update the second excel with all the missing entries how to do that

these are two files now i want to compare them and missing data to be updated in the one in which data is missing

@supermanPunch yes however data changes on both excel its not fixed

@manoj2500 I guess there are duplicate records in the Sample 2 Excel File

@Manish540 under multiple assign while comparing 1 column to other excel column if data is is more in that particular column how to get the extra data and paste in dt2 particular column name
