my application is nothing but daily update report of all member but any one can not fill the report the application does not shown on that table okay but i want that name also and remark as status not updated

my procedure

  1. it is web application
  2. select multiple item and and select all the employee
  3. and apply then they created one table like (name , work, time, etc)
  4. i fallow table extraction and collect that data
    but anyone does not fill the data that can not shown and i want there information who is not feeling the data
