I have published the agent can we run through UiPath assistant or is their any other way to run the bots ?
It would have been published as a solution and hope you deployed it. If yes, just create a process of that solution in the Orchestrator and it should be reflecting in the Assistant.
If not then another approach would be create a normal RPA workflow and use Run Job activity to run this agent solution. Publish this RPA workflow and run it through the assistant.
