I have multiple column in excel i have to featch perticule column from the excel

Check if Email - Primary Work column has blank, emtec, cushwake, ashling .com then dont add that row to queue.
and if email- Primary Work column has gmail.com or yahoo.com then i have to add to queue can anyone help me with this
