So basically how the triggers work in connector is that a call is posted to the server for every time interval and difference is data is checked and if there is the trigger works and a pre req for this to happen is that you need to have a date parameter which talks about the item time of type date …which is missing in your prameters or it might not be present in your response itself…please check the link for a sample as well
