go to c:\users\username and delete the .nuget folder and recreate/reopen the project and check

It could be due to Package version and Studio version mismatch. Try following solutions.

Clear Package Caches:

  1. Open %userprofile% in your system.
  2. Navigate to the .nuget/packages folder and delete all contents.
  3. Reopen UiPath Studio and restore the project dependencies.
