Before this Check whether did you receive the data from the vaildFeatures or Features

Str_Ouput = vaildFeatures.Replace(Features,"")

We would suggest to perform a Debug and Check the contents of the variables in the Immediate Panel. You will be able to identify the reason for the error this way.
