For now can you check the following registry of OS using registry editor?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ProxyServer
If it starts with “http://” or “https://” can you try to remove “http://” or “https://” part?
Please back up your registry to restore it in case something happens.
