I can't manage to access the spam folder from outlook

Hi guys

Trying to access the spam folder with get imap mail message activity in outlook

Folder name is ‘‘Junk Email’’ but the actual folder name in the URL is ‘‘junkemail’’

I tried both names

But for both names I got this error :

Is the access to this folder with uipath forbidden or I am not doing this right ?

Hi

Instead of GET IMAP we can try using GET OUTLOOK mail activity

Did we try using that

If your ma horn is configured with outlook then outlook mail activity will work for sure

There mention the exact folder name

Also tried “Junk Email” it gives me the same error. Maybe outlook does not allow access to this folder anymore, I can access “inbox“ no problem. Can you access the junk mail folder from your side with the get imap mail message activity ?

I can access the outlook inbox folder with get imap mail message activity so why should I use a different activity for the junk folder ?
